Role Overview

This leadership position will oversee the operational performance, reliability and continuous improvement of a growing portfolio of digital infrastructure assets. The role will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, uptime, efficiency and long-term scalability while building and developing high-performing operational teams.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations across a portfolio of mission-critical facilities.
Establish and drive operational standards, processes and performance metrics.
Ensure high levels of reliability, availability and operational efficiency.
Manage facility, engineering and operational teams across multiple locations.
Oversee maintenance programmes, incident management and operational risk mitigation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices.
Collaborate with development and construction teams on new facility launches and transitions.
Support future growth initiatives and capacity expansion plans.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
Significant operational leadership experience within data centres, critical facilities or similar infrastructure environments.
Strong understanding of facility operations, reliability and maintenance management.
Proven experience leading technical teams and managing operational performance.
Experience developing operational frameworks and scaling teams in growth environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to travel as required to support operational sites and expansion projects.
