Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Lead site identification, land origination and acquisition activities for new developments.
- Drive technical, commercial and operational due diligence on prospective sites.
- Assess project feasibility, risks, infrastructure availability and development potential.
- Manage pre-development planning and coordinate with engineering, project and operational teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, partners and consultants.
- Support business development initiatives related to expansion opportunities.
- Ensure projects are positioned for successful transition into the construction phase.
- Provide strategic recommendations on market opportunities and growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Construction, Project Management or related discipline.
- Proven experience in site acquisition, land development or pre-construction within data centres or related infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of due diligence, permitting, utility assessments and project feasibility.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to operate strategically in a fast-growing and evolving environment.
- Regional experience across Asia Pacific is highly advantageous.
