Role Overview

An exciting opportunity to lead the front-end development of large-scale digital infrastructure projects across the region. This role will be responsible for identifying and originating new sites, driving due diligence activities, assessing project feasibility, and managing the overall pre-construction strategy from land acquisition through to project handover into construction. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to support ambitious expansion plans and future capacity growth.

Responsibilities

Lead site identification, land origination and acquisition activities for new developments.
Drive technical, commercial and operational due diligence on prospective sites.
Assess project feasibility, risks, infrastructure availability and development potential.
Manage pre-development planning and coordinate with engineering, project and operational teams.
Develop and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, partners and consultants.
Support business development initiatives related to expansion opportunities.
Ensure projects are positioned for successful transition into the construction phase.
Provide strategic recommendations on market opportunities and growth initiatives.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Construction, Project Management or related discipline.
Proven experience in site acquisition, land development or pre-construction within data centres or related infrastructure sectors.
Strong understanding of due diligence, permitting, utility assessments and project feasibility.
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
Commercially astute with strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to operate strategically in a fast-growing and evolving environment.
Regional experience across Asia Pacific is highly advantageous.
