[SIN] Project Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee projects from initial planning through successful delivery. This position involves leading multidisciplinary teams, managing resources, and ensuring that all work meets client expectations, timelines, and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with leadership skills to navigate complex, fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and guide a team of engineers, supervisors, and site personnel for seamless project execution.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain quality and timely progress.
• Take full responsibility for all project stages, from preparation to on-site management and final handover.
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide regular updates.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, and resource plans to keep projects on track.
• Handle cost and time variation claims, including preparing and submitting variation orders.
• Ensure accurate delivery of as-built documentation, O&M manuals, and conduct client training during project handover.
• Maintain compliance with all legal, environmental, and workplace safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• At least 6 years of experience in project management, ideally within ACMV or related sectors.
• Strong technical expertise in ACMV systems and proven knowledge of project management practices.
• Demonstrated leadership with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects, resolve issues effectively, and deliver successful outcomes.
