SIT Land Surveyor
The Firm:
~1,500 employees nationally, and great relationships with clients in South Florida, this firm primarily works with municipal clients through long-standing, continuous service contracts. Most projects are tied to public infrastructure; particularly roadway and right-of-way improvement. There is collaboration across engineering, landscape architecture, and surveying teams.
Based in Fort Lauderdale, the team operates in a highly collaborative environment with strong internal support. There are multiple survey crews in the field on a daily basis, backed by dedicated coordinators and drafters who handle processing and deliverables. The surveying group works closely with internal project teams, with less emphasis on private development and more focus on public-sector work such as design surveys, municipal program support, and development review.
