  • Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance throughout project development.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies, municipalities, contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Stay current on evolving stormwater regulations, resiliency strategies, and best practices to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited program.
  • 4+ years of experience in stormwater, drainage, water resources, or related civil engineering projects.
  • EIT certification required.
  • PE license or active pursuit of licensure preferred.

  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design tools.
  • Understanding of local, state, and federal stormwater regulations and permitting requirements.
  • Strong technical writing, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Experience with green infrastructure, low-impact development, or resiliency-focused projects is a plus.
