What You'll Do
As a Project Structural Engineer, you will:
- Perform structural design calculations based on engineering principles and building codes.
- Utilize advanced software tools (RAM, ETABS, AutoCAD, Revit) for analysis and design.
- Prepare project documents and formal reports for client submissions.
- Attend on-site meetings and inspections during construction phases.
- Collaborate closely with clients and project teams throughout the design process.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
What We're Looking For
- B.S. in Civil Engineering with a structural emphasis (M.S. preferred).
- E.I.T. certification required; PE license preferred.
- Hands-on experience with structural steel, concrete (including post-tensioned), wood, and masonry.
- Proficiency in Bentley Suite (RAM), ETABS, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
