- Base salary of $100,000 - $160,000

The Role & Responsibilities
The Dallas office is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of structural engineering projects across a diverse portfolio of building types.
This role combines technical leadership, project management, client interaction, and team development, making it ideal for an engineer looking to expand their influence and take on greater responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage structural engineering projects from concept through construction
- Coordinate internal and external project teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
- Provide technical oversight and guidance throughout the design process
- Mentor and support the development of junior engineers
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management efforts
- Support the continued growth of the Dallas office and wider organisation
Necessary Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) licence
- Experience managing structural engineering projects within the building design industry
- Strong understanding of structural design principles and construction practices
- Experience working on ground-up building projects
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Preferred:
- Experience across sectors such as healthcare, commercial, aviation, higher education, sports, science & technology, or government facilities
- Previous experience mentoring engineers or leading project teams
- Interest in progressing into senior leadership within an employee-owned organisation
