The Role
They are seeking an experienced Structural Engineering Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex projects from concept through completion. In this role, you will oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution while acting as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and ensure projects meet the highest standards for quality, safety, and performance. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging, high-impact projects while playing a key role in driving client satisfaction and team success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (or ability to obtain)
- Proven experience managing structural engineering projects end-to-end
- Strong knowledge of structural design principles and relevant codes
- Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
- Proficiency in design and analysis software (e.g., Revit, ETABS, RISA, etc.)
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities effectively
