Role Overview

The firm is seeking a Structural Project Manager with Professional Engineer (PE) licensure and extensive experience in building design. This role involves leading structural engineering services for concrete, steel, masonry, and timber structures, managing project teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept through completion
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to generate new business
  • Supervise engineering staff and mentor junior team members
  • Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and budgets
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high technical standards
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews of technical documents
  • Perform structural analysis and design in compliance with current codes
  • Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies
  • Represent the firm in client meetings and industry events

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering for buildings
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and structural analysis software
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Experience with concrete, steel, masonry, and timber systems
