What You'll Be Doing
- Manage structural engineering projects from proposal through construction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and consultants.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and mentor engineers and technical staff.
- Review engineering calculations, drawings, and technical deliverables.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support business development initiatives and help strengthen existing client relationships.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on project strategy and team growth.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- PE license preferred or ability to obtain.
- 5+ years of structural engineering experience with project management responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of building structure design and project delivery.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership mindset with a desire to mentor and develop others.
