What You'll Do:

  • Be the go-to person for all things office-related - from scheduling and supplies to team coordination.
  • Support SUE project teams with documentation, reporting, and logistics that keep projects on track.
  • Serve as a key liaison between field crews, project managers, and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of utility data, permits, and project files.
  • Help onboard and train new team members, setting them up for success.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage office budgets, invoicing, and expenses with precision.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and internal communications.
  • Leverage your strong relationships with GDOT to support project success and strengthen our presence in the region.

What You Bring:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in office management, ideally in an engineering or construction setting.
  • Familiarity with SUE practices, utility locating, and CAD/GIS systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • A respected reputation and deep professional ties with GDOT or similar transportation agencies.

Bonus Points For:

  • Knowledge of ASCE 38-22 or other SUE standards.
  • Experience with tools like Procore, Deltek, or similar platforms.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for supporting technical teams.
