Superintendent - Commercial Construction - DFW
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for commercial construction projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This role requires a strong leader who can manage schedules, ensure safety compliance, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all onsite construction activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and building codes.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
Experience Needed
- Minimum 5+ years as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and safety protocols.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred).
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
