Known for delivering complex, high-profile projects across healthcare, higher education, mixed-use, and commercial sectors, our client is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale builds.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site construction activities for large, complex projects (typically $50M+)
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure timely and high-quality execution
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and site compliance
- Collaborate with project managers, owners, and design teams to resolve field issues
- Manage site logistics, scheduling, inspections, and quality control
- Mentor and develop assistant superintendents and field engineers
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large commercial or institutional projects
- Proven success managing complex builds in urban environments
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, safety standards, and technical drawings
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with construction technology platforms (e.g., Procore, BIM, Bluebeam)
