What You'll Be Doing
- Lead field operations on deep foundation projects from pre-construction through closeout.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment to ensure safe, efficient execution.
- Interpret geotechnical reports and construction drawings to guide field decisions.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain schedule and quality.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental and DOT standards.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in geotechnical construction, with a focus on deep foundations.
- Proven leadership on-site - you know how to motivate crews and solve problems under pressure.
- Strong understanding of drilling, piling, and ground improvement techniques.
- Ability to travel across North Carolina and occasionally to neighboring states.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred; CDL a plus.
