必須要件

Sustainability Manager
Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with local communities, municipalities, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead ESG due diligence activities and support Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) processes for renewable energy projects.
- Develop and implement the company's sustainability strategy and ESG initiatives.
- Manage sustainability disclosures, reporting activities, and ESG-related communications.
Requirements
- Experience in ESG, sustainability, environmental and social management, or related fields.
- 5+ years of ESG or sustainability experience in Japan.
- Business-level Japanese and English communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
