Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational excellence strategies and frameworks.
- Drive process improvement and performance optimisation initiatives.
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs and reporting structures.
- Identify cost optimisation and efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Enhance governance, compliance and risk management processes.
- Support operational readiness for new facilities and expansions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in operations, process improvement or critical environments.
- Strong knowledge of operational excellence methodologies and best practices.
- Experience implementing performance management frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective stakeholder management and change management skills.
- Experience within data centres, critical facilities or infrastructure environments is preferred.
