Traffic Engineer (Remote - must be based near DC)

About the Role: As a Transportation Engineer, you'll work on a variety of traffic engineering and planning projects that allow you to take full ownership-from initial concept through final delivery. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to develop creative, data-driven solutions to complex transportation challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct traffic operations analyses and prepare technical reports.
- Support project management and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Present findings to agencies, review boards, and community groups.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal initiatives.
- Participate in strategic planning and innovation committees.
