Description

Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with or lead transportation planning and engineering studies on a variety of transportation projects throughout Wisconsin.
- Prepare environmental and design documentation, including technical report writing.
- Perform highway design tasks including plan production, drainage design, quantity takeoffs, and construction cost estimating.
- Participate in and/or lead public involvement activities.
- Assist with project pursuits, including proposal preparation, interview support, and level-of-effort estimates.
- Serve as a technical resource for project staff and support professional development efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited U.S. college or university.
- 8+ years of transportation design experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Wisconsin required.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D required.
- Experience with the WisDOT Facilities Development Process highly preferred.
- Applicable U.S.-based work experience required.
