Transportation Project Manager | CHICAGO or NAPERVILLE

This role offers the opportunity to lead design initiatives and oversee development for a variety of transportation projects serving state, county, tollway, and local agencies across Illinois.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and produce engineering plans and specifications in accordance with applicable standards
- Manage and deliver federally funded Phase I and II projects for a diverse client base
- Lead projects and studies across multiple disciplines, including roadway design, utilities, drainage, traffic, and infrastructure improvements
- Provide civil engineering services for municipal, county, and state agencies
- Contribute to business development and client relationship efforts (preferred but not required)
- Assist with proposal preparation, contract development, teaming strategies, and participate in client interviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of transportation engineering experience
- Proven ability to manage and lead projects through all phases
- Proficiency in MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer (ORD), GEOPAK, and AutoCAD
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
