Traveling Superintendent - Alabama
A rapidly growing General Contractor is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to support a strong pipeline of interior fit-out and tenant improvement projects across multiple locations in the United States. Initial projects are located in Alabama, with future opportunities expected in surrounding states.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day site operations on interior fit-out and tenant improvement projects.
- Manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and site safety.
- Oversee projects from mobilisation through completion and client handover.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Senior Project Leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
- Travel to project locations as required, with assignments typically ranging from 3 to 9 months.
Requirements
- Superintendent experience within commercial construction.
- Previous experience delivering interior fit-out, tenant improvement, renovation, or similar projects preferred.
- Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
- Willingness to travel for project assignments across multiple states.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $100,000 - $125,000, depending on experience.
- Approximately $600 per week per diem while on assignment.
