Job Title: Traveling Construction Superintendent
Location: Can be based in Austin, Dallas, or Brownsville (Travel Required)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Traveling Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects across multiple locations, with a home base in Brownsville, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities and personnel.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct daily site inspections and maintain detailed project documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, reporting progress and issues.
  • Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings.
  • Travel to various job sites as required (typically within Texas and surrounding states).

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in a traveling role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proven experience leading projects over $25M
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
