Salary Range: $115,000 - $150,000 (including year-end bonus)
We are seeking an experienced wastewater treatment engineer to join a collaborative and creative team focused on delivering high-quality engineering solutions for municipalities and special purpose districts. This role involves the design for water, wastewater, and utility facilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support engineering design and project management for municipal infrastructure projects.
- Provide technical expertise in water, wastewater, and utility systems.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Assist with on-call municipal engineering and development review as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required).
- Master's degree in wastewater treatment (preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred).
- 5-15 years of experience in civil engineering design, with emphasis on wastewater treatment and conveyance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $115,000 - $150,000 (including year-end bonus), based on experience.
