My client, a nationally recognised, 100% employee-owned consulting firm specialising exclusively in water, is expanding their West Palm Beach team and looking for a Project Manager to lead high-impact water and wastewater projects across South Florida.
This is a firm known for tackling some of the most complex water challenges in the country from advanced treatment and reuse to large-scale conveyance and master planning and they've built a reputation for technical excellence, strong mentorship, and a genuinely collaborative culture.
About the Role
You'll take ownership of project delivery from planning through construction, working closely with municipal and utility clients across Palm Beach County and the wider region. This is a client-facing seat with real autonomy ideal for someone who enjoys balancing technical leadership with business development and team mentorship.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading planning, design, and construction phase services for water, wastewater, and reuse projects.
- Managing project scope, schedule, budget, and QA/QC across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for utility and municipal clients across South Florida.
- Mentoring junior engineers and supporting the growth of the local team.
- Contributing to proposals, client presentations, and long-term account strategy.
What They're Looking For
- Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- PE license in Florida (or ability to obtain via reciprocity quickly).
- 8+ years of consulting experience in water/wastewater, with a track record of managing municipal projects.
- Established relationships with utilities in South Florida are a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.
