A leading Civil Engineering firm is seeking a Water Infrastructure Lead to support the development of water/wastewater projects. This role is focused on delivering innovative infrastructure solutions that contribute to sustainable and resilient communities.
The position is ideal for engineers who thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about designing systems that protect public health and the environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering efforts for water and wastewater pump stations and conveyance infrastructure.
- Contribute to planning and design phases of infrastructure projects.
- Prepare technical reports, design plans, and specifications.
- Develop cost estimates and conduct hydraulic system modeling.
- Perform alternative analyses for design options.
- Produce technical memoranda and electronic deliverables.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 - 5 years of experience in civil engineering consulting.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
- Strong foundation in engineering principles, critical thinking, and innovative problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with peers and mentors.
- Highly motivated and proactive with a collaborative mindset.
Compensation
- Salary range: $110,000 - $130,000
- Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, education, certifications, skills, location, and performance.
