We're looking for a passionate Water Infrastructure Leader to join a client's team in New South Wales. This is a senior role that blends technical delivery (50%) with business development (50%), offering the perfect balance for an experienced engineer who wants to make an impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead major water infrastructure projects - from treatment plant upgrades to pipelines and pump stations.
- Provide technical oversight and ensure compliance with engineering standards.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Drive business growth by building client relationships, identifying opportunities, and winning work.
- Prepare proposals, lead bids, and negotiate contracts.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in water/wastewater infrastructure delivery - treatment plants, networks, pipelines, pump stations.
- Proven ability to win work and grow client relationships.
- Strong leadership, communication, and commercial acumen.
