About the Role
As a Water Resources Engineer, you'll work on a variety of civil infrastructure projects - from small-scale improvements to multimillion-dollar developments - serving clients such as state DOTs, sewer districts, and municipal agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed civil engineering design plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project goals and deadlines
- Ensure client satisfaction through technical excellence and responsive communication
- Support a culture of mentorship, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Perform additional duties as needed to ensure project success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- EIT certification required; PE license preferred
- Experience preparing plans for public agency projects
- Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong understanding of drainage, hydrology, and water resource standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
