About the Role

As a Water Resources Engineer, you'll work on a variety of civil infrastructure projects - from small-scale improvements to multimillion-dollar developments - serving clients such as state DOTs, sewer districts, and municipal agencies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed civil engineering design plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project goals and deadlines
  • Ensure client satisfaction through technical excellence and responsive communication
  • Support a culture of mentorship, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Perform additional duties as needed to ensure project success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
  • EIT certification required; PE license preferred
  • Experience preparing plans for public agency projects
  • Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Strong understanding of drainage, hydrology, and water resource standards
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
