My client is growing and looking to bring on a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their expanding Operations team in their Baltimore or Bowie Office.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a role where you won't just advise on projects-you'll lead full delivery of complex, nature-based solutions that restore ecosystems, improve water quality, and create lasting environmental impact.
🚀 The Role - You'll take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, working across:
- Mitigation and mitigation banking
- Stormwater management
- Stream and wetland restoration
- Green infrastructure and nature-based solutions
This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you'll be managing multidisciplinary teams, navigating regulatory frameworks, and bringing technically challenging projects to life.

✅ What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in mitigation, stormwater, stream restoration, or green infrastructure
- Proven ability to lead full lifecycle project delivery
- Strong understanding of regulatory and permitting environments
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
💰 Compensation
- $110,000 - $160,000+ base salary (flexible depending on experience)
- Additional bonus/benefits package
