Are you passionate about solving complex water challenges and helping communities build long-term water resilience? An established engineering and environmental consulting firm is seeking talented professionals across a range of experience levels to join its growing Water Resources & Environmental team.
This is an opportunity to work alongside industry experts on projects involving water supply, water resources planning, groundwater, environmental compliance, watershed management, climate resilience, and infrastructure planning for public and private sector clients across the United States.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities will vary based on experience level and area of expertise but may include:
- Supporting and managing water resources and environmental projects
- Conducting technical analyses, modeling, and engineering evaluations
- Assisting with water supply, groundwater, and watershed studies
- Preparing technical reports, permit applications, and regulatory documentation
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams and clients
- Participating in field investigations and site assessments as needed
- Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and delivery efforts
What We're Looking For
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Hydrology, Geology, Environmental Science, Water Resources, or a related discipline
- Master's degree preferred for certain positions
Experience
- Entry-level to experienced professionals welcome
- Previous consulting, engineering, water resources, environmental, or related experience preferred
- EIT certification preferred for engineering candidates
- Professional licensure (PE, PG, etc.) is a plus depending on role and experience level
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently
- Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally for project needs
