Salary: $120,000- $180,000 + Bonus(s)
A well-established general contractor based in Keizer, OR is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant Estimator to support their growing portfolio of public infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for water and wastewater treatment plant projects.
- Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to determine scope and pricing.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to gather necessary data.
- Prepare bid packages and proposals for public and private sector clients.
- Maintain and update historical cost data and estimating tools.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in water/wastewater treatment plant construction.
- Strong background in municipal infrastructure and public works projects.
- Proficiency with estimating software such as HCSS HeavyBid or similar platforms.
- Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
