Project Manager - Water/Wastewater Construction (Phoenix, AZ)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale water and wastewater treatment plant projects in the Phoenix, Arizona area. This is a senior-level role for a proven leader who can manage complex infrastructure projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of water/wastewater treatment plant construction, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project milestones.
- Drive strategic planning, risk management, and constructability reviews.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-10+ years of experience managing large water/wastewater treatment plant projects.
- Strong background in mechanical piping, lift stations, and pump stations.
- Proven ability to lead multi-million-dollar projects and mentor project teams.
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Primavera, Bluebeam).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Familiarity with municipal and utility specifications.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Compensation:
- Competitive salary range: $150,000 - $170,000, based on experience.
