W/WW Senior Project Manager

Position Overview
The selected candidate will lead complex W/WW infrastructure projects from inception to completion, serving as a key client liaison and technical expert. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a deep understanding of water and wastewater systems, and a passion for mentoring teams and building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead multidisciplinary teams on water and wastewater treatment, collection, and distribution projects
Oversee project planning, design, permitting, and construction administration activities
Maintain and grow client relationships; support business development efforts in Central Texas
Ensure compliance with project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and project engineers
Prepare and review technical documents, reports, and engineering calculations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Texas (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater infrastructure design and project management
Proven ability to manage large-scale municipal or industrial W/WW projects
Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in engineering or related field
Experience with regulatory permitting in Texas
Familiarity with funding agency requirements (TWDB, EPA, etc.)
