- Create detailed and customized proposals that outline audio-visual solutions, equipment, and services tailored to clients' event specifications.
- Present proposals to clients, addressing questions, and adapting offerings based on client feedback.
- Work closely with the project management and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of AV services for live events.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, communicating project details, timelines, and requirements.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability while delivering high-quality AV solutions.
- Provide clients with accurate cost estimates and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay informed about industry trends, network with potential clients, and represent the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AV Account Executive in the live events industry.
- Strong understanding of audio-visual technologies and their applications in live event settings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Existing network of contacts within the live events industry.
- Familiarity with event planning and production processes.
- Experience working with audio-visual technology vendors and manufacturers.
- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the live events and AV industry.
