I am currently looking for a mid-senior level building envelope consultant. My client is a reputable, multi-faceted firm providing services globally! they are currently looking for someone to join their building diagnostics team in Georgia, Atlanta.
this position is a hybrid working structure, with the chance to progress yourself in the industry with management training opportunities. You'll be providing consulting services for building enclosure and restoration with the building diagnostics team. with over 60+ years of roots in the industry they offer opportunities for both upwards growth and the ability to be hands on with projects!

Coordinate on-site schedules, condition requirements, and the overall phasing of work. With safety top-of-mind, regular inspections are completed, and field reports are documented to monitor progress and the quality of work.
Responsibilities
- Designing waterproofing systems for new constructions and performing forensic evaluations specifying the repair and replacement of existing systems.
- Lead technical expertise and project management services related to building envelope systems, including roofing, waterproofing, wall systems, and fenestration systems.
- Conduct building envelope condition assessments, forensic investigations, and failure analysis to determine the root cause of problems and develop appropriate remediation strategies.
- Providing consulting on the areas of restorations and preservation
- Managing construction projects and implementing design solutions
- High volume of projects per year leading to a large range project opportunities (Roofing, -foundations, balconies, parking structures, faรงades and curtain walls.
- Litigation support chances.
Requirements
- Bachelors and/or Masters in Architectural Engineering or Architecture in Building Science/ Building Enclosures/ Historic Preservation.
- Registered Architect or Professional Engineer Licence.
- In-depth knowledge of building envelope systems, including roofing, waterproofing, wall systems, and fenestration systems.
- Experience with building envelope condition assessments, forensic investigations, and failure analysis.
- Experience with building envelope testing programs.
- Experience with building envelope system design, construction documents, specifications, and construction administration services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
