Position: Construction Inspector - Infrastructure Projects

Experience Needed:
- Infrastructure Project Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically inspecting infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities. (WASHDOT experience a strong plus)
- Quality Assurance: Proven ability to ensure construction projects meet specified quality standards and comply with regulations.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with construction plans, specifications, and relevant codes.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with contractors, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve construction-related issues promptly.
- Site Safety Knowledge: Understanding of construction site safety practices.
Qualifications Needed:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field: Formal education in civil engineering or a related discipline is preferred but not required.
- Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications such as NICET or other industry-specific certifications is advantageous.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in conducting inspections and preparing accurate reports.
