Position: Transportation Construction Inspector / Construction Manager

Salary: $100,000- $200,000 + Bonus(s)

Position Overview: As the Transportation Construction Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of transportation construction projects in the Seattle area. Leveraging your expertise in construction inspection and quality assurance, you will conduct thorough inspections, monitor construction activities, and ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Experience Needed:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation construction inspection or related field.
- Proven track record of conducting inspections on transportation infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and highways.
- Experience in interpreting construction plans, specifications, and contract documents.
- Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and testing procedures.
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards governing transportation construction projects.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D
Qualifications Needed:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related field preferred.
- Certification as a Construction Inspector (e.g., NICET, ACI) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document inspection findings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
