Our client, an industry leader in automation technology, offering some of the most disruptive technologies and innovation solutions located in the world, they are seeking a highly motivated Control Systems Engineer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering/Control System Engineering
- At least five (5) years' relevant work experience as a Control Systems Engineer.
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Expertise with PLC's programming usingplc software tools like RSLogix5000,
Compactlogix series etc.
- Experience working on HMI design & development along with industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP protocol TCP/IP Modbus RTU/TCP OPC UA etc.
- Proficiency developing SCADA applications utilizing Wonderware Intouch system platform Archestra IDEs/Ignition /systems or MES platforms
- Knowledgeable about Safety Instrumented System Design Lifecycle based on IEC61508 standard
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following :
* Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations governing electrical controls design within safety-critical projects;
* Developing functional specifications that describe how equipment will be controlled by programmable logic controllers (PLCs);
* Performing detailed analysis of customer requirements;
* Creating custom Human Machine Interface screens used to operate complex automated machinery;
* Conducting Factory Acceptance Tests(FAT), Site acceptance tests(SAT)
