I am currently working with a Leading Consultancy that is rapidly scaling it's Data Center Division. This is an opportunity which will allow you to develop into a leadership role within the first year, and be an integral part in working with the Divisional Lead to ensure Projects run efficiently, as well as develop strategy to ensure sustained growth of the team. You will be at the forefront of being hands-on with some of the most exciting Data Center Projects in the Rhein-Main Region - which range from 10MW up to over 80MW. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordination of large-scale Data Center Projects - including internal/external Project Partners, and liaising with the Client
- Ensuring Project run according to Cost, Time and Quality
- Maintaining constant communication with external Stakeholders to ensure all requirements are being met
- Business Development to acquire new Data Center Projects
You should have the following experience:
- At least 10 years experience in Project Management of large scale Construction Projects (in Germany) - with at least 5 years in the Data Center Sector
- Strong understanding and proved track record of adhering to AHO, HOAI and VOB
- Have lead Data Center Projects over 30MW or 100 millionโฌ in Construction Volume
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience in leading internal teams is preferred, but not essential
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering
