We are seeking an Experienced Engineering Manager for Large Water & Wastewater Projects in Melbourne!
Our client is a reputable company with expertise in delivering large design to construction water and wastewater projects, with key clients across the Victorian Water Authorities. They are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager who can lead their team of engineers, designers, and project managers, working closely with Design Consultancies, Sub-Contractors and Client-Side.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering operations including budgeting, planning, scheduling and reporting
- Develop technical solutions that meet business objectives while meeting safety standards
- Provide guidance on all aspects related to process improvements
Qualifications Required:
Education - Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification in Civil/Environmental/Mechanical Engineering
Experience - At least 10 years' experience as a manager overseeing complex water/wastewater infrastructure development programs/projects involving multidisciplinary teams from concept through commissioning stages.
