Role Overview
They are looking for an entry-level structural engineer with a keen interest in investigations, reports, restorations and renovation, field testing, and quality observation across a wide range of projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, field testing, and quality observation of faรงade, roofing, and waterproofing systems across multiple building envelope projects.
- Perform thorough fenestration/faรงade, non-destructive, and moisture intrusion investigations, and provide reports, proposals, and recommendations based on these investigations in line with company administrative policies.
- Develop a broad understanding of concrete and exterior building systems restoration and renovation.
- Focus on the extension and preservation of the building envelope life-cycle.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in an engineering discipline.
- Interest in obtaining a Professional Engineering license.
- 0-4 years of experience in restoration or building envelope consulting is desirable.
- Building envelope and structural assessment experience.
- Technically astute with a solid understanding of contracts, drawings, specifications, work scopes, and project schedules.
- Willingness to travel.
