We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator with a focus on civil and electrical transmission and distribution projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in estimating project costs, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the successful execution of complex projects in the energy sector.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for civil and electrical transmission and distribution projects.
- Participate in bid reviews and post-bid analyses to continuously improve estimating accuracy and competitiveness.
- Present estimates to internal teams and external clients, providing detailed explanations and justifications for cost elements.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to identify project complexities and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator, with a focus on civil and electrical transmission and distribution projects.
