Job Description:
As one of their Fire Protection Designer/ Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all projects conform with safety standards while also meeting regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Creating designs for fire protection systems such as sprinklers or alarms.
* Conducting site inspections on existing structures or potential building sites
* Performing hydraulic calculations using software like LVI
* Preparing detailed reports outlining findings from inspection visits
Qualifications & Skills Required:
The ideal candidate must possess at least 5 years' experience working within MEP design firms specializing in fire protection engineering services. Additionally, candidates should have expertise/knowledge about NFPA codes related to life/safety issues concerning code compliance throughout Pennsylvania region.
Other essential skills required includes-
1 Strong communication skills - verbal/written
2 Ability to work independently/remotely without supervision,
3 Proficient computer knowledge including AutoCAD/Microsoft Office Suite applications,
