Salary: $100,000- $140,000 + Bonus(s)

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of roadway construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals and deliver exceptional results.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation to maximize cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Foster positive relationships with clients, government agencies, and community stakeholders to ensure project success and address concerns proactively.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to uphold industry standards and meet project specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience with heavy civil roadway construction, preferably in Florida.
- Experience with working FDOT projects is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local regulations, permitting processes, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
