Position: Heavy Civil Superintendent - Deep Underground Wet Utilities

Salary: $120,000- $180,000 + Bonus(s)

Position Overview: As the Heavy Civil Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of deep underground wet utilities projects, including water, sewer, and storm systems, in the Bellevue area. You will lead a skilled team of professionals, ensure project success from planning to completion, and uphold their company's standards of excellence and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of deep underground wet utilities projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
- Supervise and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to address project challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction to minimize disruptions and ensure project continuity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in heavy civil construction, with a focus on deep underground wet utilities.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from start to finish, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Extensive knowledge of deep underground utility construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
