Position Overview: As a specialized recruitment firm, we are currently seeking a seasoned Lead Engineer of Interconnection on behalf of our client. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of Transmission and Distribution Planning and demonstrate a proven track record in managing intricate interconnection projects. This role will involve spearheading key initiatives related to power delivery within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Interconnection Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of strategic interconnection solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.
Technical Leadership: Provide strategic technical leadership to the interconnection team, guiding them in the development and execution of interconnection strategies.
Collaborative Partnerships: Foster strong collaborations with cross-functional teams, including [list relevant teams or departments], to ensure seamless alignment and execution of interconnection projects.
Standards Adherence: Stay abreast of industry standards and regulations pertaining to interconnection, ensuring compliance across systems and processes.

Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of PSS/E.
- Proven experience in leading interconnection projects from conception to implementation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
