The ideal candidate will have a strong background in historic preservation, experience with multi-family and government projects, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or BIM software. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage architectural designs from concept through completion for a variety of projects including historic preservation, multi-family residential, and government buildings.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure project success and satisfaction.
- Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using Revit, AutoCAD, or BIM.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and best practices in architecture and historic preservation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 3-7 years of professional experience in architecture, with a focus on historic preservation, multi-family, and government projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or BIM software.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
- Excellent design, technical, and problem-solving skills.
