Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mid-level Environmental Project Manager to lead and oversee environmental projects in New Jersey. Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead environmental projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and implement project plans, including scope definition, work plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Conduct environmental assessments, site investigations, and feasibility studies to support project decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations, with a focus on New Jersey state regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and project success.
- Provide technical expertise in environmental remediation, site characterization, and environmental impact assessments.
- Prepare and review project reports, proposals, and other deliverables, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in environmental project management, with a focus on consulting.
- Professional certification (e.g., PE, PG, PMP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, particularly in New Jersey.
- Proven experience in successfully managing and delivering complex environmental projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel to project sites and client meetings as required.
