Operations Manager (Heavy Civil/Water Treatment)
Salary: $135,000- $165,000 + Bonus(s)

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to the operations team, including project managers, superintendents, and field staff, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of heavy civil and water treatment projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, representing the company's interests and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, quality control measures, and best practices to ensure a safe work environment and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies, goals, and objectives to drive growth and profitability.
Experience Needed:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of successfully managing heavy civil and/or water treatment projects of varying size and complexity.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of heavy civil construction methods, materials, and processes, including earthwork, concrete, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Experience in water treatment plant construction, including treatment processes, equipment installation, and regulatory requirements, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals and exceed client expectations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications Needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., ASTM, AWWA, EPA) related to heavy civil and water treatment construction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
