Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmaceutical Design Manager in Sydney. As a Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the design and execution of pharmaceutical projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of innovative pharmaceutical projects, including pharmaceutical manufacturing plants.
Manage a team of designers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support throughout the design process.
Conduct market research and stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices to ensure our products remain competitive.
Oversee the creation of design concepts and actively participate in the evaluation and selection process.
Ensure all MEP design drawings are produced to a high quality and are satisfactory to the construction team, complying with GMP requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in science field.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical design, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of design principles and processes specific to the pharmaceutical industry.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCad, and 3D modeling software.
Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet strict deadlines.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
