LVI is working with a leading regional firm on growing their Land Development operations in the Houston region. Our client is looking to open a new location and seek an engineer with 15+ years of local experience in residential development and come in as a Director of Land Development / Office Lead.
Given the seniority and critical nature of this role, the firm are open to bringing in this individual as a partner from day one. This is indicative of the key position this individual will play within the firm and the faith being put in them by the company executives.
Requirements:
- PE License in TX
- BSc in Civil Engineering or relevant degree
- 15+ Years of experience in land development
- Project Management experience
- Able to lead and manage a department.
- Business Development and client interaction experience.
- Based in Houston or Katy, TX
