Practice Lead - Land Development
Seeking a Practice Lead to spearhead marketing and acquisition efforts for land development projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate entrepreneurial acumen, drive growth initiatives for their practice, and contribute to overall team expansion. Responsibilities include leading business development endeavors with local municipalities, architects, and developers while maintaining key client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for practice growth
- Collaborate with internal partners to support marketing initiatives
- Engage directly with clients to devise site plans and oversee entitlement processes
- Manage project finances and production teams
- Provide mentorship to project managers and junior staff
- Offer leadership in design, project, and task management

Qualifications:
- Proven track record in establishing and leading a Land Development consulting practice in PA
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in designing various land development projects
- Proficiency in business development, project management, and staff training
- Strong professional network with developers, attorneys, land planners, and governmental agencies
- Professional engineer (P.E.) registration in Pennsylvania/New Jersey/Delaware
